1. Install the application from the Play Store and launch it.

2. Enter your login email address and device name, then click Connect.

3. This is the configuration window. Click the Ignore battery optimization button. Then click ok.

4. Click the Device Administrator button. then click the Activate link in the dialog window.

5. Click the Usage Statistics Access button.

6. Enable GeoFamily in the Usage Data Access window.

7. Click the GPS Access button.

8. In the App Info window, click the Permissions link.

9. In the App Permissions window, select Location.

10. Select Allow all the time.

11. Go back and click the Photos Access button. Click Allow all in the dialog box.

12. Click Display over other apps. 

13. Switch GeoFamily to On.

14. Click Call Log monitoring. Click Allow in dialog box.

15. Click Allow in the next dialog box.

16. Click Contact identification. Click Allow. This option is required to show contact name in call log.

17. Click the Start and Minimize button.

18. The application will warn you about Settings and Play store apps that you can block to avoid its uninstalling. We will do it on the next steps 

19. Click ok and launch the application. The child can share his location using the button Share my location and it will be sent to messengers, mail or sms by a standard procedure.

20. The application's main menu protected by a PIN code. The default is 123456.

21. In the main window, you can see:

• The application status (monitoring started or stopped)
• The Device ID (DSN)

You can also perform the following actions here:

1. Update settings from the server.
2. View the current log file that has not been sent to the server yet.
3. View server variables (configuration).
4. Restart the app and close the window.

23. To prevent uninstalling the GeoFamily app you can disallow launching Settings and the Play Store on this phone. Log into your user account  and click the Settings link.

24. Choose the device and check two options : Block Settings application and Block PlayStore application

25. Settings and the Play Store on this phone will be protected with the same PIN code as the GeoFamily application.

26. You can change the PIN code for this app on your profile settings page on the server. Use digits only.

If you have forgotten your PIN or accidentally deleted the virtual device from the control panel, you can contact Kidlogger support to obtain a master PIN.

 

27. You can specify phone numbers of mother, father and emergency service.

28. After this the GeoFamily application main window will have buttons to call mom, dad, police and send location via SMS.
